Novas Antimatter Drop self Radiation Proc

Spamming Antimatter Drop resulting in in procking myself with a radiation status around every 20th cast or so.

Having a high ping host in a team and nearly every 2nd cast procs radiation on me. Killing everything around me and if it happens in a defense mission the target is obliterated as well.
