Not sure how the first one happen, but after I died I’m stick in some System Backdoor Spectate Mode, like having 0.0 on every Skills even ones with no Countdowns, while every icon becomes the Warframe Lotus or something, it returns to “Normal” Spectate At some point

2nd time I’m killed when asked about continuing the farm, after passing the Vote I’m stuck with “Normal” Spectate, no countdown, can’t choose who to watch, and certainly can’t revive

I think I still get the reward for basically afk for 1.5 of the matches
