So, is that new strategy to vault new fresh released frames after 2 months? Why you dont leave Limbo Prime opened for everyone next 6 months, then you can put him in vault!? "Limbo Prime Access Ending Soon & Valkyr Prime Entering the Vault" should be more than enough to tell you what is going on. "Limbo Prime Access Ending Soon" refers to the Prime Access that DE offers every time a new frame gets a primed variant, and it comes with whatever weapons they come with plus some cosmetics, as shown here if you click me. Once September 25th passes, this Prime Access will contain whatever frame will be primed next, whatever weapons will also be joining the frame, and new exclusive cosmetics; Limbo Prime, Destreza Prime, and Pyrana Prime will still be in the game and obtainable, but the cosmetics from the Prime Access will not. But honestly, could you please read carefully, so that you will understand correctly? Limbo Prime is not being vaulted, it's his prime access that ends.
