Farm all his parts, build them, continue quest at POE night.

I just farmed for his parts: helmet - fifth bounty, chassis - forth bounty, systems - third bounty. Then built all 3 of them.

Then I went to the plains at night, with the mask equipped to my Tenno, and went to the lake. The map has a white circle. And somewhere there should be a glowing energy hand reaching out. Kind of creepy. And since I had all 3 pieces already built, Nakak simply had me go to the next location like a bounty. And once you finally get to the end it, you face a specter. My Helios scanned it. Once killed, you go to your ship and start building the warframe. Once built(I rushed mine) Nakak will speak again about his importance in the future. 

Then you’re done. Sorry if I said too much. Just wanted to make sure you knew the whole mission step by step to insure you find out what you possibly did wrong. 

I never saw a waypoint. I had to pull up my map to see the white circle by the lake and last by the river/stream.

So i had a issue to.. the white circle disappeared and i cant continue the quest. no dialog and the spots are just marked as squares.. only got to hit the first one in front of the lake..
