GARA DAMAGE REDUCTION NERF??

SOO........am i th only one that noticed that Gara's Damage reduction has decreased from 90% at max to 70% at max? when did sthis nerf occur? Cant seem to find it on the game updates and hotfix and such.

Nothing was changed about Gara.

do you have power strength its not 90 at a base you need like a intensify alone to make 90% if i recall correctly

I had energy conversion, would that work as well when i do cast after picking up energy orbs?

If you use nothing but energy conversion, you'd need to always activate Splinter Storm after you've picked up an energy orb, otherwise another ability would receive the power strength bonus.

Energy conversion is kind of a bad choice on frames like gara. Just use an intensify.

Are you basing your complaint on what the UI tells you?

The UI doesn't take into account Energy Conversion as it's not a constant, so no, no nerf.
