Mesa Peacemakers interaction with secondary?

How does my secondary weapon make my regulators stronger? Do the mods i put on my secondary make my regulators do more damage?

It used to work this way. Now exalted weapons are modded separately so it makes no difference to Mesa's Peacemakers what you put on your secondary.

After the somewhat recent changes to all exalted weapons Mesa's Peacemaker no longer has this sort of interaction with her equipped secondary weapon.  Instead the mods that matter for Peacemaker are the ones installed on her Regulators.

It use to work like that not anymore, secondary has no interacton with regulators
