Founding Warlord Can't Rush Destroy?

So, something Just accrued to me while re-building my dojo, why on earth can the Foundering Warlord NOT rush a room that is being destroyed?, I fully understand that it takes 2 hours for a reason to prevent naughty clanmates from wrecking your dojo, but if you plan to re-design you Dojo you have to wait 2 hours per room. Yet you can rush rooms to be built.

What do you think of this?, should the person who made the clan (Founder) be able to rush a room to be destroyed and any person who has the role for it? (ofc this role will be only added to trusted)
