Warframe skins having Special Effects

So my idea is that certain DE original skins are made available through high-level alerts and have certain related buffs and debuffs on that frame. For example, Nekros Irkalla skin makes Nekros' Soul Punch and Shadows of the Dead stronger (Soul Punch deals more damage, Shadows of the Dead lasts longer by decreasing the health degeneration) while Terrify and Desecrate are weakened (Terrify effects fewer enemies and has its range cut in half, Desecrate costs twice as much and has two thirds the range). For Limbo, a new Rift Lord skin that makes it possible for Limbo to attack enemies in the material plane while in the Rift Plane but he can also receive damage from enemies in the material plane while he is in the Rift Plane. I appreciate thoughts and input on this idea.

that basically already existed (with arcane helmets) and got discontinued. i highly doubt they're gonna bring it back.

This^ Cosmetics are only that cosmetics. DE doesn't support the PTW Idea.

Then what's the point of playing as Limbo at first place?

Nah, just rework the power or make it an augment.

In that case, DE should start releasing augments that relate to the passives as well as warframe and power behavior. The idea was spurred on by the immortal skins and the thought: "What if the Nekros Immortal skin actually made Nekros immortal but at the cost of reduced speed, weakened physical powers, and strengthened spiritual powers?"

It would still grant the higher energy regen from being in the Rift plane. I also had the idea of a Rift Warrior skin that allowed Limbo to attack from within the Rift without being vulnerable but at 50% damage, but that seemed a bit too powerful. There was also the idea that both Rift Lord and Rift Warrior skins would allow for ignoring the decrease in life support that happens over time by shifting to the Rift Plane which still has its atmosphere. The other part of Rift Lord was that it could also be set up to make Limbo undetectable to enemies outside the Rift Plane and thus the risk of damage from enemies would be mitigated. Instead, Limbo would be able to receive damage from enemies outside the Rift Plane typically through getting hit by stray shots.
