Valkyr Ion Helmet Glitch

I bought Valkyrs Ion helmet awhile back and equipped it on one of my presets, now I cannot equip it on any other preset. It doesn't show the helmet at all, it's as if it was never added to the game! I am scared that it will disappear forever if I switch helmets on the preset it's currently equipped on.

It's the same on PS4, it doesn't show up to equip it.

This happened to my game last night, i tried to fashion frame with the Ion helmet and i noticed it was missing so i though it was a glitch. Then i saw other users and even PS4 users had their helmet disappeared, i really hope someone sees this post and does something about it, i don't wanna lose the Ion helmet

Same as me , Was trying to Do a Little fashion frame with my Valkyr for halloween then i wanted back my Ion Helmet then it disappear ... Why does it have to be my favorite Helmet ;-;
