After hours of backtracking, I have created this Excel Spreadsheet to help keep a complete inventory of all in-game items and components needed for Warframe and Weapon Building, and decided to share this with everyone. (Currently, Version 1.0, will update as I go)
How to use and mark collected items: Select a Cell(s) and colour them using the key provided, main points are
Red - Collected (Collected Blueprints and Components, Not or being built at current stage)
Yellow - Weapon/Warframe/Companion has been Built and is ready to use (Not Level 30 yet)
Green - Mastered (Having hit Level 30)
Other colours and details are referred in the key sections
