Oberon's reckoning no longer reducing armor

I was running fissures with oberon and noticed the enemy's health not changing from orange to red after casting reckoning twice. My oberon build has 200% ability strength so 2 casts are enough to strip all armor. I went to check in the simulacrum and the damage I dealt with my weapons didn't change even after casting reckoning dozens of times. I tried to control the situation as best I could for testing. I used a dread with only serration, point strike, vital sense, speed trigger. on lvl 70 and lvl 135 corrupted heavy gunners. Headshots on lvl 70 gunners: yellow crits did 668 and orange crits did 1297. On lvl 135. Headshots on lvl 70 gunners: yellow crits did 227 and orange crits did 429. No matter how many times I cast reckoning, this amount did not change.
