ways to make "open world" seem less of big level

truthfully plains just seems more of big level and cetus is just relay. the world is not alive but seems dead and empty. the take over of bases to make our own in fortuna is wounderful step. but open world needs to wrap around player instead of make us leave the world to just get "bounties". there is random mini bounties given when in free roam but they don't really give good loot unless its your first time in the world. the sad point of cetus is get bounty, mining, and fishing. there needs to be reason to be doing free roam. here is my ideas of giving the world more of living feel to it.

  1. weapons that given out in free roam that has passives that is active action that one faction (cetus grineer, fortuna croups )
  2. base take overs. we go into foes base, trigger alarm and wipe out all foes in base and the more that come. the level scales up to level 50 then stays for 10 mins starts heading up level 100. rewards are randomly drop from final foe of 5 mins. giving chance of relic, endo, or free roam weapon part.
  3. random given high value target that spawns in at random when you enter base and take it over. this boss drops mods of the world or free roam weapon parts or arcane drop, 5 or lower drop chance
  4. passive ideas for the free roam weapons or acranes earned in open world. (effects are at maxed ranked acrane, on weapon the passive is as shown)
  • shield shock. when foes shield is depleted their is 45% shock proc on croups.
  • robot hack. when robotic croups is shot in back there is 20% chance to take over moa or drone to your side. can only be once used on each foe. repeated shots don't count to this passive. so meaning one chance of passive working each foe. only works on moa and drones.
  • impact reflex. when knocked down by croups foe, 50% chance that your next shot will knock down foe you shot for one shot. this one shot adds 50% recoil and 25% damage. ( i can't think of any for cetus 😕 )

        5. free roam rank, scaling rewards of given loot of resources (cap of 2X. soft cap at 1.5X making grind to reach 2X resources ) and given higher chance of rare resources. 

        6. loot caches random places, more open high chances for rare loot. like relic system with intact to rad

        7. free roam Assassin's that earn marks to target you by taking over bases. only will target you when in free roam attacking bases. more bases the higher chance they will spawn. cap at 5% spawn rate. every 5 base take overs in row gets you 1% chance spawn chance, cap once day of earning 1% chance. the assassins drop a key to rare bounties that is like nightmare missions.all players must have key. key is not taken away until mission is completed. keys can be traded.

         8. rare bounties drop table gives

  • 1 axi relic and one Neo relic. both rad. 
  • rare mod of the that world
  • weapon zaw BP's that is only earned by rare bounties
  • 1000 endo
  • forma BP
  • 100,000 credits for fortuna and 3,500 of kuva for cetus
