Inbox Bug (Permanent New Message)

A message from another player with a gift attachment is permanently "new." I constantly receive "check inbox" alerts and an icon on the top right of my screen.

• I believe this was caused by attempting to open the gift while in the Dojo. I used the normal options > communication > inbox windows. When I clicked "accept" on the message, the usual pop-up screen/animation of receiving gifts did not occur and the message remained "new." I then exited the Dojo to my Liset and attempted the same, with the same result. However, I noticed that the gift itself (riven mod slot capacity) registered successfully as if I had opened the message.

This was not resolved by restarting the app, returning to Dojo, or deleting read messages.

Update:

I'm having the same issue with all subsequent gifts regardless of where I open the message. I do receive the item but there is no animation telling me what it is, and the tab is marked "unread" permanently. Ones without gift attachments behave normally.

I'm having a similar issue, but mine is a persistent friend request item. I'm lucky in that when I log out, it goes away on logging in, but the next request means it stays till I log out again.
