Can't remove mods and can't change configs on anything

Since last update dropped I was modding and noticed I couldn't press triangle anymore to remove mods but it opened the "sort by: xxx" tab in the lower section of the upgrade tab... Instead I had to drag it to a spot where no mod was sitting or I had to switch it with another mod.

Same with the config tabs, couldn't press R1 or L1 to change configs, when I pressed it it changed the polarity in the lower section, I had to go to the config I wanted and press X.

It seems like the whole top of the modding section is broken.

Before I forget to say/type it, I noticed when I removed mods they showed up in the madurai, vazarin and naramon tab... While not even being one of them... I had this with a lot of mods, only way to solve it is to out of the modding tab, back to arsenal and press upgrade again...

Pls DE Fixation the modding section 😄
