New warframe mechanic (Overhealth)

I know kinda weak yes and overpowered without a limit. So i'm thinking of a hunter that spawns to hunt specifically you (like the Stalker) but his stats scales the same with your stats or maybe a copy of your frame with the weapons as well. The maximum overhealth would be 100% which means double your health and the spawn system would spawn the hunter at 50% overhealth with 50% to 75% stats and 100% overhealth with 100% to 125% stats to make you manage how much you want to overheal and face consequences if you overflow with it. Anywho just posting this as a suggestion that just came to mind while chatting with clan members, you guys can add things if you want to make this more interesting hell it might just be by the sound of things. It would be like a challenge but to players who are MR 5-8 and above to spice things up.

Simply giving this hunter increased stats doesn't cut it.

He needs unique mechanics, much in the way like Nullifiers and Bursas.

Think about it, why are they such a polarising topic in the community? Because they perfectly manage what DE wants them to do, give or take a bug here or there. These enemies put players in unique situations and disrupt the normal flow of the game much more than a crewman with a massivly increased health and damage pool.
