Octavia Metronome Visual Effect Still Overwhelming for Player

This is supposedly being addressed in the Mainline update this week (or early next week, depending on their timing).

The issue is that Effects produced by Abilities are not subject to the compensation of the Bloom calculations. So the brighter the effect gets, the darker the backgrounds get, but the adjustment just makes the effects seem brighter.

DESteve's team finally found the fix for this and has tweeted out that the fix should be included in the Mainline. This should also alter the overwhelming brightness of things like Eidolon fights, Revenant's mist effects, Zephyr's Turbulence and so on.
