The "Submit a request" link near the bottom takes me to an Access Denied page at https://www.warframe.com/zendesk although the link was https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. which is pretty shabby. Secondly, the Revenant quest is broken for me. I only got around to doing it today. First off, pretty lazy on the story telling bit, there is NO useful information provided by anyone or anything to tell you what to do. So, you're forced to go to the wiki to figure it out. Which is just lazy, there should be useful info provided like for all the other quests. Second, once I figured out that there was an area marked on the map for the first part of the Nakak portion, I went there, went into operator mode with the mask on, but there was no "large spectral being", no "small blotch of energy", and no "hand reaching out" anywhere.
