Improvements and Recommendations that can help DE

Hey everyone. 

I wanted to start a new post, souly on recommendations and improvements that can potentially help DE in aiding Warframe with more recommendations.  Right now it seems like it's a fashion frame kind of game, and people are wanting content, but that's all I'm hearing. Problem is content needs explaining, and people are not explaining or explaining how it can potentially give aid the game. 

I want this post to be driven with community ideas, and I can start. 

 

1. Kuva Survivals
Goodness, playing that survival on that map is a nightmare and a chore. I would love if there are different methods of getting kuva on a constant basis. Sure you have kuva missions and floods, but 1k, and 2k with a booster.... It takes at least 3.5k over 10 rolls on rivens to even roll it ONCE! I need kuva survivals to reward players with more kuva per siphon. Why just one map? Let's Branch out to other maps! Make events for 10k kuva rewards! We need something else with this kuva. 

2. ESO 
ESO is a ton of fun, it's challenging, But something with the word "Elite" in it, needs to be more challenging. Add bosses in, fix the efficiency drain. It would be amazing if there was a weekly turn around that would switch bosses around. Say for each 5 waves, a different boss would appear, and it rotates weekly.. 

3. Archwings
Do I need to explain? 
Archwings is at a standpoint to where if anyone is forced to used an archwing in a mission, people tend to skip or pass the mission. Archwings is a WONDERFUL concept, but we need more branching out. It would be great to use our Arsenal weapons in archwing mission.  Thank you DE with this next update to make them infinite now in the POE! That was definitely needed.

4. Waypoint marker. 
When playing missions constantly, I can transverse the map to fast to the point to where the waypoint map marker can't even keep up with my speed. I'm always losing my trail because this waypoint marker won't guide me to the right place. Gotta look back real quick to make the marker be placed in the right direction again. 

5. This is a concept idea, but I think it would be nice to have. So we have all these relays around, people visit them from time to time..why can't there be a trading area in the relays? Maroos is nice, but I feel like you would have more of a variety of different places to go and trade. 

6. Incursions in missions 
 It would be nice for different game modes then the existing. Say for example, a survival, but towards 25min it (random time) there can be a hostage needed rescue. So you can escort the hostage to safety, and continue your mission. We need more variety in missions then just 1 simple objective.

8. Clan invasions (concept idea) 
Having a clan is nice, but we do nothing, but grind all together. I feel like of we had events for clans like "Clan Invasions" would be interesting. It would keep everyone in a clan on edge! To be able to invade another clan would be amazing! Don't know what rewards could be for winning, but something where there can be clan exclusive events would be very nice. 

9. Blood effects. This is a "M" rated title. I bearly see a glimpse of blood on the floor. Can you increase the blood/gore count, because powerful Warframes tearing apart enemies, and seeing just a small little cloud explosion, isn't really satisfying especially for a M rated title. 

10. Weapons adjustments on frames. 
Just as we are able to adjust Melee weapon, it would be nice to adjust primary and secondaries the same 🙂

11. First person Camera View. 
This is something that a quarter of the whole community has been asking for. ITS A TON OF WORK to accomplish, due to animations and all. I've heard people are wanting a mode like this, like bound to a hot key, so you can switch from first to third anytime. Even though I wouldn't not like this mode, I'm also suggestion this idea because of the community as well. Man but Rockstar with GTAV nailed their first person view. Now this sounds like a crazy idea and all, but the main point in this, "it drawls new players in". When GTAV added that fpv mode, that game was flooded for the weeks forward to that release. You will bring in more players from different games just for adding such a simple camera view.

Some good points here, if Kuva survival isn't going to scale with time then atleast have more ways of obtaining them, 6k from sorties sounds good on paper but not in reality, so give us different ways to get that amount of Kuva a bit more frequently without having to grind the same old map for hours.

As for the trading in relays it's a yes and a no. Yes as in we should be able to trade items with other players through a trade post similar to the one in dojos, but no to the idea of a Maroos bazaar in every relay, that feature is something that should've never been in the game because it's disappointing to see players instead of playing the game, standing in corners for God knows how long waiting for someone to trade with them, it's just sad.

More clan activity would be nice but idk how they would do it without giving bigger clans a obvious advantage.

Definitely need more blood and gore because I see more blood when fishing than when cutting through hordes of enemies for some reason.

A first person mode might not be the best idea for a game you spend so much time bullet jumping around in, but might actually work for your operator since they're mostly grounded and use a amp similar to a gun so it wouldn't be too difficult to do I think.

Also one thing I hope to see in the name of Fashionframe is the option to adjust armour pieces, there are so many nice options but very few choices when it comes to picking attachments for certain frames.

This is neither an improvement nor something DE is going to consider for a long time.

Edgy nonsense. Let's have all the NPCs start swearing at us too, since it's an M rated game, right?

Calling absolute BS on your "quarter of the whole community" figure that you pulled out of nowhere. Given how the many threads that have broached this subject have gone, you've invented this silent bloc of players.

People need to ask for things they want without inventing imaginary support for it.

It's the queen's fortress, the den of your enemies. Are you expecting a warm welcome? The point of that tileset is to be difficult for players to traverse, that's what makes it a fortress. Kuva's also a scarce resource by design, to encourage the sale of resource boosters and plat sales for buying rivens. DE gotta eat and fund the game after all. So the problems of acquiring Kuva make sense.

Fixing the efficiency drain would be much appreciated. And bosses, yeah maybe, as long as they're relatively unintrusive.

 Already known, already being worked upon. It's a part of Railjack, after all. I agree with using ground weapons in archwing though, especially since we will soon be able to use arch-guns in ground missions.

I think they want to keep relays separate from trading. As for more variety, dojo's seem to work well enough.

Absolute agreement. One of the (many) contributors to the cheese meta is the certainty. We know exactly what we're up against. Uncertainty could make existing nukes less viable by introducing something that it's just not good at.

The name your looking for is Dark Sectors. Implied to be a part of Railjack as well. ("You'll be visiting sectors that... don't get a lot of light.")

I find it satisfying enough without gore, and I can't see any other reason to add it.

It is not a quarter of the community that wants this, it's a lot of work for little reward and Warframe is very, very, VERY different from GTA, partially in how much movement there is. I'd rather have as much visibility as possible, thank you very much.

Thanks everyone, for backing up some ideas. 

@Loza03 what I am simply implying, is that we need something else "like" a kuva survival, but on a different scale. Either increase the drop rate per siphon, or create something new, and expand to different maps. Playing the same single map for hours and hours, can be overly boring. As @Equinox21697 stated above "different ways to get that amount of Kuva a bit more frequently without having to grind the same old map for hours"

Huge thumbs up for recommending the first person camera, personally I wouldn't mind it being a "beta" feature where we just get a camera reposition As Is and if a weapon has a scope use the scope as per currently done and if not, just provide in similar perspective to what is done for things like Quake 3  or CS:GO (for unscoped weapons) just so we can test the waters to see if it does have buyin from players or not.
