Challange Saya`s Vigil listed as IN PROGRESS although the quest has been finished

Hi,

I was browsing through the challanges of my Profile and there i noticed that I am still missing the Badge for Saya`s Vigil, but when I look in the codex the quest is marked as completed and I am having Gara now for over half a year, so I really must have finished that Quest already.

Side note when I Iook at the achievements on my Steam Profile, it says that I unlocked Saya`s Vigil it at the 4.th of November 2017
