Help with plague Zaw build

I'm building a Plague Keewar Zaw to match a riven I have, and can't figure out the best link pairing. 

The riven is + Crit Chance, and + Melee Damage. I'd like to build this as a hybrid weapon with fast attack speed. Should I go with lower crit and use the riven plus true steel / blood rush to bring up the crit rate? Or go with higher crit rate and use 60/60 mods to bring up the status? 

Here's my first option:

Hello, 

You don't really need high CC even for hybrid builds, 

With your CC riven you didn't need more than 10%, 

15% CC before blood rush is enough to get you to high enough dps with 2. 5x combo, organ shatter will get you better results than true steel or sacrificial steel on most builds. 

Assuming you have a condition overload. 

You target values should be more than 15% CC and 70% SC (2xdual status + drifting contact) to get an acceptable hybrid. 

Anything more is welcome. To push for more crits or more status is up to you, but this is my staple suggestion. 

Would personally suggest the ekwana jai ll option. 

Also as long as damage is more than 90 total, try to keep speed close to 1, at base. 

If your riven had Toxin, I might suggest replacing one of the dual status mods with weeping wounds (yes weeping wounds may not be as popular but is still good in select circumstances)

Thanks! I've only rolled the Rivens a couple times, so they have some easy chances to improve. I have every mod needed. Was looking at the typical build with condition overload and bloodrush.

Now just have to decide on the grip. Need to find some weapons with similar speed and see if .983 is fast enough for me
