The problem is, they're just fixing the switch issues, not pc apparently. It seems they're too busy with the switch launch.

I have the same issue, it has been ongoing since October, there is no fix on the client side, those that are getting it to work with a VPN only proves that there is an issue on the server side.

And changing your public IP is a work around

The fact that DE is not addressing this or acknowledging this tells me they are aware of it but don't have a permanent solution and the work around is to block random IP.

Which means its either a Capacity issue or Security issue, but I think its more Capacity.

But until they communicate on this issue, all we have is theories

So I think this is going to take a while to resolve 100%

that is sad to hear. it's almost a week for me.

[DE]Nero (WARFRAME Support)

Unfortunately this is a part of the IP protection that is enabled for the Warframe Servers and is a completely automated system. All of these bans are temporary, but Support does not have a means of sharing how long these bans can be, or removing them manually. In the mean time, using a fast and reliable VPN for your area can be a temporary fix until the ban is lifted from your IP. We would suggest trying once each day to login to Warframe so that you know when the ban has been lifted.

Unfortunately aside from that the only other thing i can suggest at this point is asking your ISP for an IPv6 connection if you haven't gotten one already. These issues are sometimes caused by IPv4 connections and changing your connection type could fix the issue.

no, this is infuriating...

So everyone who has login issues are actually false IP banned by some stupid automated system, and DE not going to fix this, did i get it right?

we got temporarely banned for no reason and DE is not doing anything about this?

i'm having the same issue for a few days now btw

What the #*!%?!

Why not? Then what is support for then if not for things like these? Why are they letting an automated system just IP ban anyone without any way of lifting them manually? Why design this "automated system" in such a way that doesn't even allow for manual ban lifting? And for all I know, this ban could last years since there's not even a statement from DE.

In the first place why couldn't they answer first WHY are we getting banned at all? Like what is the criteria for the automated system?

So the Issue is a security process put in place by DE and we must be patient or pay for a VPN service to play the game, I understand its free to play but I have invested more cash into this game over 4 years than any other game, even MMO's that require subscriptions and now I must just suck it up.

This is not a customer centric approach to solving issues, I have never had my IP banned for any online game ever. Surely there are better ways of doing this?

I thought the hotfix was gonna fix it. Has anybody able to access their account yet? It's been like this since Friday for me. Tried some free VPN but that sh*t's wonky and I'd rather not use a 3rd party to host my IP.

Nope, hotfix haven't fixed this issue. Still there, still being a pain

you guys might need a VPN provider. here is one that i use to fix my chat (being unable to trade/chat)

here it is: https://www.betternet.co/

just download, run, ignore the first popup where it asks for  starting seven day trial. (warning! do not connect during a game/mission it may disconnect you from your mission.)

They kinda becoming bold in saying "PC players are just our free betatesters". Instead of doing as they suggested I just uninstall the game and check maybe in Christmas, maybe after half a year. I have other games to play, probably to devs surprise.

I am still unable to log in, and at this point I am starting to think it's maybe better to wait a couple of months. Maybe then I'll get the desire to play and reinstall.

Yes, VPN works but in-game unable to join others. 

This sucks. Please fix the issue. 😞 Happens every week.

i use vpn my self and i am in vn right now after a few day later i go back to germany and i will never have that issue again. Howver, if you guys cant fix this you guys need to contact with the country block you guys ip and ask for permission or something. Its not good for so many people cant play this game just because they in asia area like viet nam philipin or indoesia or even cambodia. So please concern about what i ask right now or you will lose so much money from the people in those area
