Inaros Health halved in first sortie mission (or wrong Sortie condition)

My Umbral Inaros has a health pool of 8085. On the first PC sortie today (Hive), his in-mission health pool was only half of that. The stated mission condition was Fire although I encountered no fire. After the mission, on the Plains, Inaros' health pool was the correct 8085. Either his in-mission health calculation was incorrect or the Sortie condition was incorrect.

Read the (slightly more) detailed explanation in that mission's description
(though I'm not sure you can still do that after completing the mission),
it says something about Health and Health regen being affected.

Basically, it's the Health version of the Energy Reduction condition.
