Ivara Artemis Bow bug

After you have selected the Artemis bow and emptied the energy by shooting, the weapon switches back to primary weapon. After this point you will not be able to switch any weapons and to use the hand weapon by [E].

I have the same issue.

If your energy runs dry when the Artemis bow ability is active, Ivara will switch back to the previous weapon and you will not be able to use any abilities, switch weapons, activate operator mode or even resurrect players/companions. When trying to deactivate her fourth ability it only says that the ability already is in use. I've seen more threads about this and a discussion on reddit.
