Vigorous Swap Delayed on Exalted Weapons

There's a 2-3 second delay for the Vigorous Swap buff to take effect on switching to exalted weapons. Only Exalted blade seems to work seamlessly like all other normal weapons. Mesa's regulators, Valkyr talons, Ivara bow, etc seems to have this 3 second delay. Titania's Exalted Archwing weapons when switching between them works flawlessly, but switching from normal weapons to dex pixia has a 3 second delay. The 3 seconds seems to be too low of a duration if you ask me; you'll probably get 1 or 2 good shots in.
