Elite Survival Forced me out

So if you go play elite alerts, survival and I'm guessing excavation too, will allow players to extract. If half the players go, then you're forced out too. The problem is, I wanna stay to rotation C, but those other players decided that for me. I can't hop back in because I "completed" the mission already, so I cannot go back in. I could taxi in, but why does this system make it complicated?

I suggest changing the extraction method to be the same as defense/interception, player vote for in/out. And repeating the elite missions after completion should be doable.
