Eidolon hunt inconsistencies

Since mainline

-Vomvalyst are inconsistent and unpredictable, sometimes not spawning at all

-Lures are very slow and after teleport to the shrine they float up in the air for no apparent reason

-Unairu Wisp spawning when eidolon are in the water, seems to work differently at different spawns, is inconsistent(hitboxes moved?)

 I hope these are bugs and not intended.

Edit: I've also seen pictures of Vomvalysts spawning outside the map barrier

I just did a run where wisp wouldn't spawn when you hit hydrolyst(works for teralyst and gantulyst) at all when he spawned furthest from the shrine, can't confirm if they don't for other spawns as both times he didn't spawn at those spots.

In addition to all the previous bugs with eidolon hunting, these newly added three make it very painful to hunt eidolons at the moment. Wisps now being very unreliable make a big difference in capture speeds.When trying to spawn wisps, it feels like the hitbox is much smaller and sometimes not there altogether.
