Melee Channeling with X360 Controller?

So, I can't seem to use Melee Channeling after updating to the newest version (Chimera 23.10.2) when using my X360 controller. It works normally if I were to left click with my mouse. After looking in the settings, Melee Channeling is bound to the Left-Arrow on the DPad instead of LT as it used to be. Setting it back to LT just removes Melee Channeling from my controls entirely.

I've tried resetting my controls to default, restarting the game, and using different melee weapons. I'm 100% certain it's not my controller, as I can still use all of the buttons in other situations where they'd be used.

Is anyone else having this problem, and how do I fix it?

I have the same bug, xb1 controller.

I'm in the same boat. It's a peculiar bug to say the least. Seems a dev was playing with it, but didn't fully undo the changes they were testing.

Unless this is a new thing, of course. Controller players can't channel anymore. You're welcome.

Same here, hopefully they fix it real soon...unless melee 3.0 comes sooner??

thank god i'm on pc (even though I never channel anyways)

I'm on PC but I use my TV as a monitor so this is pretty unfortunate for melee (Xbox 360 controller)

This has been fixed for me with the fortuna update
