Paracesis or how to not add umbral polarity.

Paracesis is a weapon created  by Ballas to kill sentients.
It is crafted and does not have any polarity. Instead of giving option to polorize for umbral mods they made it rank up to 40. Giving 90 mod capacity which allows to add sacrificial mods.
