Game crashes PC after latest update

So, I've been playing a bit of warframe cause I need so ducats for... you know what. Then the monitors suddenly turn off. No clue why, or what happened, but I can still hear Jim Stering in the background for a good few minutes before he freezes as well and I have to press the restart button on my case.

No, this hasn't happened before. Neither with Warframe, nor with any other game.

No, I have not changed any settings. All the settings, both in the launcher and in the game are exactly the same as they were before 23.10

Yes, the download cache is optimized. It did that after downloading the update.

No, I don't have a WAR number. Black screen, you know, even if there was a crash console, I couldn't see it.

Yes, I have noticed microstuttering and frameskipping in the game since the update dropped.

Yes, the room was getting very warm, which I assume is because Warframe was stressing my CPU or GPU (or both) to ridiculous levels.

What was I doing? I just finished a void relic capture mission. Literally as I reached the extraction point, I saw the mission complete screen for a fraction of a second before my monitors turned off.

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 370 (no OC), driver version: 18.3.2

CPU : AMD FX 6300 (no OC)

MoBo: GA-78LMT-S2 (rev. 1.2)

RAM: 2x8GB Kingston HyperX Blue in dual channel

Storage: - 500GB Seagate ST350031

              - 1TB Toshiba DT01ACA100 (Warframe installed on this one)

Monitors: - LG 22M38D-B @ 1920x1080 native

                - BenQ G922HDAL @ 1920x1080 via AMD VSR

Operating System: - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 (all updates installed)

EDIT: It happened again, and just like yesterday, it happened while I was playing a Void Relic Capture mission.
