here's some bugs list didn't know where to post

i did sortie 1 , melee only was the requirement's and i was excalibur umbra...so what happen is i used 4! but it show my galatine weapon equiped..not prime the normal one , i think this is a reportable bug?? so they patch it?? dunno , i could not get that normal "4" skill looking thing always show my weapon but throwing blades !

SEcond one happened when i try to scan ,..aaa..one of those things that you scan forgot what they call , and  i equip the scanner , i could not scan it i had to die than it worked
