Operator head faced the wrong way in appearance menu

So, when I enter the appearance menu for the Operator while being in Operator form, it works fine, but if I exit the appearance menu and go back to the menu where I can pick between "Equipment" "Focus" and "Appearance" menus, sometimes my Operator doesn't show.

If I re-enter the Appearance menu when that happens, this ends up happening.
