Im only posting because of how ridiculous this is. 

It's already slash based so by further increasing the slash value, the elemental combo won't stand a chance on being the first on the damage type afflicted since IPS is weighted 4 times more when elements are in the mix.

+100% crit chance on slide basically replaces maiming strike, whoop de doo

+108% crit chance on a 5% base crit chance.....

The slide cc is an after effect, meaning its going to add 100 to the NEW BASE cc, which is like what, 10%.

 

I feel sorry for the poor person who bought this.  Please don't post rivens saying its a god tier when it's not, its very misleading for new players.
