"Enemy" Syndicate Mod offerings nearly impossible to read.

So my friend asked me if I could get them the Augment for frost and asked if there was anything I wanted in return from the other Syndicates so I figured I'd look. 

It was really not a pleasant experience trying to sift through all the mods because they are all conviniently 100% blocked with "Requires Whatever" which means to view them you absolutely have to mouse over each and every one of them. Or already know what you're looking for so you can use the search function to quickly determine the syndicate does not in fact have that mod. 

If those required whoozles could maybe be at the bottom of each offering instead of smack dead in the center I think it would probably make the interface a bit easier to use.
