Wouldn't a better way to balance Rivens

be for DE to look at weapon usage and kill statistics

then adjust the riven disposition strengths to nerf/buff based on those numbers accordingly?

I don't think it's silly, maybe too easymode but at least it's original.

Having said that, yes there should be a way, ANY WAY, to let us lock riven stats one by one. I'd do it no matter how much grind would be involved. The only downside I can think of is lowered riven prices, but that should be ok since there's plenty of stuff to buy in this game.

Maybe DE listens and implements it the next time they change dispositions, if ever. You can always hope.
