Cannot use abilities or transference

Last night, they worked just fine. However, this morning as I joined a mission, I found out I couldn't use any of my abilities. I had enough energy and the HUD clearly showed I was trying to activate my abilities, but nothing came out. I tried falling down a pit, I tried dying, I tried exiting the mission, but the bug has remained persistent. Now I can't use any ability on any Warframe on any mission at all. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but it didn't work; the bug is still there.
