Considering there are no admins lest you need a specific medium addressed ("forum admin" being an example, and even in such a case, you'll likely be directed to a forum moderator instead), proper way of privately reporting anything and everything related to experiencing an issue with a service, and this actually addresses every service out there, whether your dishwasher broke, your Cola doesn't taste quite right or you have a problem with a video game, is through the Support website.
