Kuva lost during extraction

During a Capture Mission Kuva Flood on Eris, my warframe ended up going down during the last minute of extraction. When my warframe died, my teammates who were on extraction at the time activated extraction while I was dead. During that brief period of time, I managed to revive myself during the extraction cutscene and was shown this screen.  I know I revived myself during the cutscene because I could hear my warframe using a revive. When I got back to my orbiter, I checked the last mission results and it showed me this screen, but when I check on my Kuva amount I only have 2198 Kuva. I don't know what happened to the Kuva I got during the mission, but I did not earn any kuva from the Flood.
