universal melee speed buffs in melee 3.0?

I really hope this will become a thing
melee attack speed atleast in my experience feels in 95% of melee weapons I dare say really sluggish without any attack speed mods
and often times even with them

there are so many melee weapons I personally feel I have to put both berserker and Primed fury in order to feel "just right"
I am hoping DE will buff all melee weapons attack speeds to atleast to the level that they would feel ok from the get go

anyone else hoping for similar changes?

For me Volt Prime will be the only speed buffer around 

even when melee 3.0 will come and beyond

Iam not worried about it

 

However iam realy currious about this new melee 3.0 and the behaving functionality around speed buffs and Proc status
