FPS Fluctuation

So I decided to download Warframe again after an absence of 6 or so months. The game downloaded and ran just fine for about 2 hours. Problems started to occur when my FPS was fluctuating, from 100 down to 40, back up to 90, down to 15, back up to 105, etc. This made the game impossible to play. I have ran this game before on the same PC setup with no problems. I have no other problems on any other game I have. I will list my set up and my methods of trying to fix the problem so far.

Setup: 
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 
16GB of Ram 
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

How I've tried to fix the problem (none of these methods worked): 
Uninstall and Reinstalling the game 
Lowering Graphics 
Activating and Deactivating G-Sync 
Rolling back drivers 
Updating drivers 
Changed monitors 
Checked task manager for background programs
