How exactly does Ivara work on eidolons?

I know that you need min duration and max powers str for navigator to get high mult and to charge fast. Full damage, crit, radiation castansas. But how does mutalist quanta bubble exactly work? Coz I tested the build that I made on my own and it only does 1/8th damage required to kill a limb.

Not a big deal, part 2 of the video got mostly what I needed. + I tested it solo so I didnt have the harrow buff. And my riven fot the castansas isnt properly rolled yet.
