Negative Platinum

I recently had my bank reverse a purchase of platinum which brought me to the negatives, suspending my account until I purchase enough to bring it back up to the positives. But every time I attempt to purchase platinum I'm greeted with an error. I was told to clear my browsing cache/history and to log out and close all tabs and try again, this did not work at all. Any of you have a solution so I can buy my platinum and get back to playing?

well could get in contact with your bank to see if they are blocking the purchases in  thought that someone else is using your card

tho only way i can see is if you go get a prepaid card an charge enough cash on it to pay for buying the plat an the tax for it just so you can get the needed plat

Just says an error is occuring as soon as I hit the checkout button, doesnt even let me open up paypal or anything. No specifics on the error either.
