First noticed it in the plains, friend said it was because of the storm (lightning.. with no lightning streaks or even visible rain). But I've been seeing it in other areas with completely normal weather. No graphics option makes a difference, nor does re-verifying the files. Also it doesn't matter if I'm solo or with others, still happens. Been trying to search about this and very few people seem to be reporting it. Just came back for Fortuna expansion, so I've got no idea if this used to happen previously, but I can't imagine it did.
