Galatine Prime or Lesion?

Im trying to figure out which one of these weapons are better for high lvl enemies

I'd say both, just try them out and use the one that suits you. Personally, I like Galatine Prime cause of all the sweeping attacks in heavy blade stances.

You can't compare Heavy Sword and Polearm. Especially with one slash focused and the other elemental.

Try both. Pick the one you like better. There is no difference in strength. Either can kill Lv150 without issues

lesion is best if you just wanted to quick-melee
but galatine had CC on rightclick combo attack (if you use tempo royale) and much better for survivability

When comparing the time it takes to kill high level enemies then you can compare a heavy sword and a polearm since these weapon classes dont have an unfair advantage over the other. If im comparing a dagger to a heavy sword then yeah thats ridiculous since daggers are widely known to be bad if youre not specifically using them for finishers with covert lethality.

Thats the point of the question, to find out which of those qualities are better in higher levels.

Which one would be better for just straight up killing? Quick melee lesion or tempo royale galatine p?

i would say lesion with condition overload built.
it melt enemies away with the viral + slash proc.

Corrosive + Blast would be good combination for Grineer
as it would strip enemy armor and CC at same time.


while for other faction, just go for Viral + Gas
as Viral will temporarily remove 50% of their HP 
and the Gas will proc toxic that will bypass the corpus shield
