How to get inside the pipe?

On Grineer Asteroid Mines tileset there is a relatively new room.
My Loot Radar shows that there is something in a pipe below the iron grate but i cannot find a way to getting down into that pipe.
Anyone knows how to do it?

There is some explosives hidden on the left if I remeber well, then you have access to a tunnel and go downward. Anyway if they didn't fix it there is a hole on the right on the roof and you can go out of map with it, that's how i found the barrel and the tunnel when I came first.

I think there's a control console in that room - hacking it multiple times I think causes things to move so you can get the loot.

As far as I know, you have to get the version of that room with a miner vehicle on the crane. Use the terminal lowering and raising it a few times. it will then fail, drop the miner and open the grate and lower area. You cant access it all the time.

If I remember correctly, to your right side on that screenshot's angle there's a console, no hacking necessary, when you use it it lowers or lift the crane. You have to spam it up and down untill it breaks and falls the fall breaks the ground as Firetempest said. There might be a different way though because I can't see the mining car thing which is supposed to be hanging there. Maybe it's the angle of the shot.
