Kubrow glitches out of map when unlocking red lockers

So I was playing a Meso void fissure exterminate mission on Juputer (forgot the location though) and I had my Raska Kubrow with me. So the issue is that whenever my Kubrow uses his Scavenge ability from the Scavenge mod on certain lockers he just falls from the map and pops up somewhere else entirely falling through the map for a while before teleporting back to my side.
