So... Melee Channel. Is It Useful?

Really there's not more to this topic than that. I just want a general opinion on the mod that goes by the name Melee Channel.

The only thing I can think of is for Mag, after pulling a room to her she can jump attack / orthos charged attacks at her feet - but Im pretty sure the extra damage will only apply to one target.

I can't remember if he mentions this or not, but the last time I used Melee Channel, it dealt increased damage only to the first enemy unit hit - regardless of how many you could hit in one swipe (making it much less useful when you get mobbed).

Makes it ok-ish for Glaive/Kestrel, but even then I wouldn't bother too much. It also counts how much energy you actually used, so Streamline makes it need more ability uses to charge up fully.

try using trinity with melee channel. since you cant possibly run out of energy with her
