even if i start the mission the skin doesn't work anyway and my friends don't see him

might be an intrinsic issue of the weapon. have you tried a skin heavy blade mode? I guess the more infos we gather here the sooner it might get adressed

Yes, I tried everything works fine except this weird thing :D

As far as i remember, i noticed skins bug after plains of eidolon update.

seems even with skin it still uses the original mesh. not really surprising since the form is very different from pretty much every other heavy blade. let's see how soon this will be adressed now. 😕 good find anyway.
