The New Strange Bug - Scanning target spawned in the wall

When i tried to do "the new strange" quest,i scanned the first time normally,but when it comes to the second time,the mob spawned behind a locked door,I though it was a glitch,so i relog and tried again twice,but it's not working,the mob still stuck behind the wall.

Pic 1 : The Pointer pointed at the locked door.

Pic 2 : As you can see in the radar,there's 1 enemy behind the locked door ... but there's no way to open it ...

Screenshots shows the objective is not complete, "Raise the reactor shield". Did you try to complete the objective to unlock a door?

I have had a similar annoyance of locked doors with Loot detector + Animal instinct mods detecting loot and enemies behind locked door on map. I found that in some sabotage missions, door will only unlock when completed the objective and extraction (green marker) is available.
