Graphic issue on uploaded emblem

Here is my problem, I uploaded this emblem:

And I find myself in game with this one:

 

Warframe Support offer me to edit my emblem but how should I go for these disgusting pixels disappear please?

Thank you in advance, I don't want it restart again after my 2nd chance.

This game sucks with glares that are white. So no, you are going to have to remove the glare. Also by first glance. Your logo is not a clean circle so the pixels will still be there

No, that makes it super bright. But your pixels will still be very ugly since your logo is not a clean circle.

Pink outline of emblem is caused by using pink on transparent areas. Which image editor you used? The transparent areas should be changed to be nearly the same color as the outline of emblem, probably dark yellow.

After saving the image, Windows 10 "Photos" when I double click it, shows pink outline when I zoom in. Web browsers are smarter with scaling/zooming into transparent images.

The blocky 4x4 pixel compression artifacts is caused by game using DXT3 or some other texture compression methods.
