Feral Kavat Hunting Help

Derelict Exterminate seems to be the best place to fine Feral Kavats.

Synoid Heliocor doesn't seem to give anything other then a scan.

Scanning them with a scanner, so far is the only time I get Kavat DNA.

When do vault runs and orokin derelict survival I met about a ton and ended up never bring Helios prime or it is destroyed and I end up getting their mods "somehow"(skining cats if you might say if you play far cry or what so ever)

I managed to get quite a few doing the Sands of Inaros quest. Although I don't think it's repeatable if you've already done it.

Running Derelict exterminate and survival got me lots of scans but very few Genetic Codes, certainly didn't feel like a 15% chance, but I suppose that's the nature of RNG.

Consider using the Codex Scanner with the upgrades for extra and faster scans. Helped me get the last few I needed, until I build Khora that is.

Helios (Prime) can't get you the codes. You have to scan them manually (or use Heliocor).

They are seen regularly in Derelict Capture but needs an ability to hold them in place once alerted.

I used to Limbo 2, 4 them. Unalerted you can still scan them easily though 

(I go there with all 4 Orokin vault keys for a corrupted mod, now that the gear wheel can take them)

The Synoid version still scans. 

Also, sadly there is no place with endless spawns. Best bet is captire because it has a bigger tileset usually so more potential spawn points. 

What I'd suggest would be bringing a max duration Nova, which is both efficient and entertaining. Kavats get highlighted by the Molecular Prime VFX even if they're invisible. It acts as a sort of huge range scanner. If there is a VFX wandering about on its own, it's a kavat 😄

Sounds like Synoid Heliocor isn't doing the trick, might be the same as Helios, only scans those you don't have a complete codex entry of. I usually get one DNA per run so either you had very bad RNG or the Synoid isn't working, and I'd bet 200p it's the latter.

Wait it can't? Cause I have been using Helios prime with the mod that uses your normal scanners and so far I have completed almost all of the entries for the enemies

There is a guaranteed spawn in Sands of Inaros.

Yah but join someone with a urn and haven't done the mission and let them equip thr mission and you can join him into the mission
